I beat out the PhxSlam, a foe I lost to earlier in the year.
PhxSlam placed 2nd, and the start-up
team Granite Gargoyles placed 3rd.

As my prize, I win a t-shirt from Yahoo! Heck yeah!

Week 13 Yahoo Fantasy Football #cgleague

Rivalry week against Brandon Blaine, a Twitter friend. The battle of the "Twitter Bowl". I got completely destroyed. Adrian Peterson didn't do anything in a loss to the Cardinals. Vincent Jackson did nothing against a crappy Cleveland Browns. And finally Dallas Clark did nothing in a win over the Titans. Hopefully I still make the playoffs with an 8-5 record!

Week 10 Yahoo Fantasy Football #cgleague

I am really getting tired of losing.
I was projected 116 points and only got 77.54.
I am now 6-4, and on the playoff bubble. The Buffs
used to be a lock for the #cgleague playoffs, not im struggling
to stay afloat. Hopefully, my players can turn it around next week.

Week 7 Yahoo Fantasy Football #cgleague /Toyota Blowout Award/BFL Week 6 Champion

I beat the Flea Flicker by a score of 118.10 to 55.08! What a blowout.
He just wasn't strong competition this week. This win improves my
record to 5-2 and 827 points. And for my dominating win,
I won the Toyota Blowout Award of the week!
My second time winning this prestigious award.
I beat my opponent by 63.02 points.

I was the champion of my BFL pick em' league this week!
I was tied with HeadlessMom, BwJen and kathygee1 going into the
final game of the week. We all had the Philly Eagles winning the game,
the only difference was the final combined score! I guessed 46, and
the combined final score was 44 making me the closest!

Week 5 Yahoo Fantasy Football #cgleague/Toyota Blowout Award

OK, ok. The Buffs(my fantasy team) are officially back! We had a great weekend! The Buffs beat up on the Hotlanta NFL Divas 144.62 -- 79.05! What a BLOWOUT! Not only did AP get off for 20+ points, so did Ronnie Brown, Big Ben, Philly's D, and Roddy White. I am now tied for the #1 record in the league, the #1 points leader in the league, and I have the most points scored in a single week in the league eclipsing my previous record of 143.29! What a week. I am now 4-1. Bring on the Granite Gargoyles!

I blew out my opponent so big that I won my league's
Toyota Biggest Fantasy Blowout for the week!
I beat my opponent 144.62 -- 79.05 which is a +65.57 point difference.

Blogger Football Pick' em League Week 4

**The teams I picked and lost are in RED**
**The teams I picked and won are in BLUE**

Cleveland @ Buffalo (Browns are still in shambles. Trent Edwards looked good against the Patriots.)

Pittsburgh @ Detroit (hahahah. Oh, and I am starting Big Ben in my fantasy league this week)

Dallas @ Kansas City (Both teams look awful, but the Cowboys have better looking cheerleaders. Look for that to be the kicker.)

Minnesota @ St. Louis (It’s the Vikings vs. the Lambs. And I think these guys are hungry this week.)

Oakland @ NY Giants (This game will be a lot closer than expected. Raiders have a solid secondary. And that’s about it)

Tampa Bay @ Philadelphia (Michael Vick! Michael Vick! Michael Vick! Also, I am starting Philly’s D.)

Washington @ Carolina (Panthers may be 0-3, but look for them to turn it around and be 3-3 in a blink of an eye.)

Cincinnati @ Baltimore (I want to say the Bengals…but idk. OK, the Bengals will win a close one.)

Atlanta @ San Francisco (Singletary is the man. The 49ers are experiencing a Crabtree signing high, and will play well.)

Jacksonville @ Seattle (I have to go with MJD (Maurice Jones-Drew: Jaguars RB) here. My friend put up 400+ yards and 6 TDs on me using him. It looks like a good sign.))

Houston @ Arizona (Matt Schaub is hot, very hot.)

New England @ Denver (Elvis will have fun getting to Brady. I predict 3 sacks. But Brady is looking like himself again)

Indianapolis @ Tennessee (Dallas Clark will score. Titans have been giving up a lot of points to TE. Will we see Vince Young?)

Monday Night:

NY Jets @ Miami (Mark Sanchez screwed up. Stop calling him “Broadway Mark”. But they will beat the Dolpins)
Combined MNF Score = 45

Week 4 Yahoo Fantasy Football #cgleague / BFL Badge

Here it is! Week 4! The Buffs (my fantasy team, not the CU Buffs) are back! We are currently 4-1 after beating the Mr. Potato Heads into Mashed Potatoes. The final score was 110.07 -- 85.83. But of course this win doesn't come with some controversy. Long story short,
my opponent didn't have the defense that he wanted started, and he swears that he submitted the defense he wanted. I allowed @SteveGarufi, the manager of our league to allow the change for my opponent. At first I was a little worried as to how this would affect my match-ups. In the end, his second choice D, didn't help much more than the Buffalo Bills' D. Next week I have the Hotlanta NFL Divas. She is on a roll and getting the hang of fantasy football. Good luck to her, but I am going to own!

And this is my Winner's Badge for winning the BFL League
for week 2 where I went 14-2 over the course of the weekend.

Blogger Football Pick' em League Week 3

**The teams I picked and lost are in RED**

**The teams I picked and won are in BLUE**

Tampa Bay @ Washington (The Redskins are embarrassed and are out to redeem themselves after losing to Detroit snapping Detroit’s 19 game losing streak)

NY Giants @ Kansas City (This is a joke…right?)

Cincinnati @ Cleveland (Bengals are hot, and the Browns are having QB issues. Quinn benched in favor of Anderson)

Oakland @ Houston (Russell is still the worst QB in the league)

Tennessee @ Jacksonville (Titans are in trouble. They will be 0-4 after this week and miss the playoffs)

Seattle @ Indianapolis (Colts’ O is too much for the Seahawks’ D)

Detroit @ Chicago (Detroit is 1-19 in it’s last 20 games. The odds are stacked against them)

Baltimore @ New England (PATS are looking to turn it around, and I see Flacco being held in check. Tom Brady goes ballistic. 27/35 315 3 TDs.)

Buffalo @ Miami (Bills are looking like contenders in the AFC East. Edwards has a 92.0 passer rating all time against the Dolphins and the Dolphins have Chad Henne from Michigan, a rookie in at QB)

NY Jets @ New Orleans (Matchup of the week. I just think Saints’ O is just too explosive)

St. Louis @ San Francisco (Glenn Coffee is going to grind out some yards and help Shaun Hill win this one big)

Dallas @ Denver (Denver’s D is playing well and Romo hasn’t looked good as of late)

San Diego @ Pittsburgh (The Bolts are looking good. Rivers to Vincent Jackson all day!)

Monday Night:
Green Bay @ Minnesota (I don’t care what Favre says, he IS out for revenge)
Combined MNF Score = 45

12 -- 2

Week 3 Yahoo Fantasy Football #cgleague

Going into my match-up this week, I knew I was in for a challenge. @PhilLadden is a formidable opponent with a stacked team. He showed nothing but class in his small margin of victory. It was a great match-up between him and I. In the end he won by less than 2 points. It was back and forth the whole weekend, and the game came down to the Colts v. Cardinals game in which he had Reggie Wayne and I had Dallas Clark and Adam Vinetieri. In the end Wayne was able to pull it out for him. I believe this is going to be a match-up in the playoffs. :D Looking back, there are tons of things I would have changed. I would have started Big Ben instead of Elie Manning, I would have started Denver's D instead of Philly's. And I would have kicked Adrian Peterson in the ass a little bit harder. He didnt score a TD, and he beat my 49ers! All in all, this was a great week for fantasy sports! Shucks, I didnt win though. There is always next week. Bring on the Mr. Potato Heads! I am going to cream you and turn you into mashed potatoes!

Blogger Football Pick' em League Week 2

We are on to Week 2 of Blogger picks! Week 3 of the NFL regular season.
This week the picks include my reasons for each pick.

**The teams I picked and lost are in RED.**

**The teams I picked and won are in BLUE.**

Washington @ Detroit (Detroit has lost 19 straight)

Green Bay @ St. Louis (Rams' offense is struggling)
San Francisco @ Minnesota (Sorry 49ers, but AP and that old guy, can I say more? )
Atlanta @ New England (Brady has alot to prove this week after struggles in his first 2 starts)
Tennessee @ NY Jets (Titans are 0-2 and the Jets beat the Pats last week)
Kansas City @ Philadelphia (top D in the league vs. an offense with injuries/can't get going)
NY Giants
@ Tampa Bay (Giants' D, that is all)
Cleveland @ Baltimore (Browns haven't scored an offensive TD in 28+ quarters. Ravens are pass happy, no chance for my man, Brady Quinn)
Jacksonville
@ Houston (Maurice Jones Drew needs to prove something after a slow first couple games and he is facing the league's worst rush D)
Chicago @ Seattle (Bears' D is scary even without Brian Urlacher)
New Orleans @ Buffalo (Can anyone stop Drew Brees and the Saints?)
Pittsburgh @ Cincinnati (I think that win against the Packers was a fluke..)
Denver @ Oakland (Jamarcus Russell is terrible. Worst passer completion % in the league)
Miami @ San Diego (time for Rivers to end their 7 loss streak to the Dolphins)
Indianapolis @ Arizona (I hate the Colts, but its Peyton Manning and Dallas Clark)

Monday Night:
Carolina @ Dallas (Jerry Jones is pissed...that is all.)
Combined MNF Score = 56

14-2

Week 2 Yahoo Fantasy Football #cgleague

Week #2 against @SteveGarfui's Garbage Cans was a blowout! I am now 2-0!
The managerial call that was key on my part was starting Denver's D
against the Cleveland Browns as opposed to Philadelphia's D vs. The New Orleans Saints.
The Eagles got lit up by Drew Brees. And Denver was able to hold Brady Quinn and the Browns to only 6 points, with no offensive touchdowns.
I ended up beating Steve 143.29 - 86.05.
I again was the #cgleague leader in points for the week!
And am still #1 in the league!
Good luck next week Steve and good luck to me in my game against PHX Slam managed by @PhilLadden

Week 1 Yahoo Fantasy Football #cgleague

Results for my match-up between the Buffs and the Hurst Rockets!
It was a heated week with the Buffs pulling away in the final game of the week. I narrowly beat out Hurst Rockets with a score of 115.14 to 110.87. Better luck next week!
AND THANK YOU VINCENT JACKSON!
My next match-up is against the very stinky Garbage Cans, being managed by @SteveGarufi. Good luck Steve, but I WILL beat you!
